A V Car Wash Inc

A friend told me about this Car Wash, i never heard of it before seeing as it's kinda hidden (it's by the palmdale auto mall on 5th west and technology). I wanted to get my car detailed so i could sell it. i agree the prices were a little expensive but the quality is well worth it. they are very respectful guys and even put an extra guy on my car after i told them i was in a bit of a hurry. i've been going back ever since and usually go about three times a month to get my cars washed. besides all that the bathrooms are always clean, the waiting room has dish TV and nice massage chairs (: it's a good environment, i would recommend it to anyone. Pros: Respectful workers, quality service, timely. Cons: a little pricey. more

These guys scratched my vehicle and completely denied it. It is not like a little one either. At no point did they accept any responsibility for what they did just complete denial. I am a very conscious vehicle owner and have been going to that place for over 7 years. They have been servicing and cleaning my vehicles for that many, so you would think that they would spend the 10 minutes to polish out the damage and send me on my way, but no such thing. I will never go to that place again and will tell as many people that I can how they treat their customers when a problem arises. By the way it took me about 15 minutes to rub the scratches out, I can still see a little damage but who cares it isn't a show truck...... more

I'm a bit of a car nut and like to get my car detailed pretty often. I recently moved to Palmdale and was sad to be so far from my previous favorite spot, Distinctive out in Woodland Hills. A friend told me to check out the Car Wash at AV Mall and I was skeptical. It's a bit of a drive for me but totally worth it. The prices are not cheap, but an amazing deal considering what you get. I spent about $200 on a full interior and exterior detail, and a much needed oil change. In addition, the owner gave me a frequent use card entitling me to 10% off for a whole year. Like I said, the place isn't cheap, but totally worth it. Plus, the guy behind the counter, I think he's the owner, has a great attitude. I highly recommend this place. Pros: One stop shopping for everything - detailing is especially great. Cons: A bit out of the way. more
