Individual seemed put-off by simple inquiry regarding the price of a common bike shop service; would not simply provide the cost of the service. Was argumentative when asked questions regarding their stock of parts... There was a 2:1, staff:customer ratio at the time. Really would not care to go there again as I don't want to interrupt them.
