I am a busy working mom who walked into Jay Andrews Salon and Spa to because I was interested in grabbing a menu of their services. There were two girls at the counter. Upon entering, one girl looked right at me and then looked away and started talking to the girl standing next to her. I stood at the counter and after they finished talking, they just looked at me. I said, ""I would like a menu of your services."" She stated that they don't have one, but ""I guess I could print you one."" While I was waiting, another lady approached the counter and looked like a manager. I assumed she was because she was giving the other girls some instructions. She never greeted me.
