I bought my daughter a beautiful prom dress. The original consultant, Krysta was awesome, patient, and very helpful. My daugher wore the dress for less than two hours when the beading started to fall off. My initial interaction with the store manager was not great but after some work the owner came through. The situation was resolved and I am okay with the experience.
Pros: beautiful dress, great consultant, owner resolved problems
Cons: poor workmanship, initial poor customer service
