Worst bridal shop experience possible here - finding the dress of your dreams, as their slogan suggests, must just be a dream.

To be honest one star is too much for this place. The sales associates were very pushy I felt like I was only a dollar sign in their eyes. It was very small and the changing rooms were divided by curtains and sales associates would walk in and stare at me while I was changing. Needless to say I ran as fast as I could to house of brides and was treated much better! more

A great experience\r I have been looking for a gown for weeks and have been to several bridal stores. My experience at Wolsfelt's was so different. My consultant actually listened to what I wanted. I was able to find a great dress in line with my budget in exactly the style I wanted. It was beautiful. The person that did my alterations was amazing. I am happy! more

dress issue resolved 5/23/2010

I bought my daughter a beautiful prom dress. The original consultant, Krysta was awesome, patient, and very helpful. My daugher wore the dress for less than two hours when the beading started to fall off. My initial interaction with the store manager was not great but after some work the owner came through. The situation was resolved and I am okay with the experience. Pros: beautiful dress, great consultant, owner resolved problems Cons: poor workmanship, initial poor customer service more

She made feel like a princess..she was so kind and knew what kind of dress I should wear even my maid of honor was impress and my mother. Not only Ginny help me pick out my bridal dress she actually pick out my bridesmaids dresses. Pros: cute store... where you feel like a princess more
