There were problems from the start, I called in March to get an estimate from them and was not called back for 2 weeks. After waiting those 2 weeks I called to see when they where coming out and they claimed that they did not have any of my information, so I had to wait another 2 weeks to get an estimate,and I still heard NOTHING!!! They claimed that they left a brochure, which I never found.
Cons: horrible customer service
