Roof To Deck Restoration Illinois, Inc.

I requested an estimate from Roof To Deck for both my deck and cedarsiding on my house in May of this year...I received the estimate for the deck via e-mail...then replied asking about the estimate for my cedarsiding...I NEVER heard back. Waited a few more days and placed in a call, they apologized and said they would mail me out a copy...I received an envelope from them addressed to me...Once I opened it I realized that it was NOT my estimate but an estimate for gutter cleaning for someone in Wisconsin. So yet again I called them and explained the situation, they apologized once again and said they would mail it out to me...and of course the girl on the other end was completely useless and couldn't give me a cost....nor could her supervisor! Finally, I thought ""its here""...Tore the envelope open and yes it was addressed to me it was MY quote...but NOT for my cedarsiding...for my deck!!! Ugh!!! Clearly my business went elsewhere! I gave them more than a fair shot! I got a local handyman to repaint my cedarsiding and hire a much more reputable company to do my deck! more

There were problems from the start, I called in March to get an estimate from them and was not called back for 2 weeks. After waiting those 2 weeks I called to see when they where coming out and they claimed that they did not have any of my information, so I had to wait another 2 weeks to get an estimate,and I still heard NOTHING!!!
