I would strongly suggest you disregard this review. What the author refuses to disclose is that there was no witness to the disappearance of the iPod. When we were contacted no firm details were given as to the accusation. We attempted to resolve the matter amicably but unfortunately the customer was unwilling.
With no witness or proof neither the sheriff, the BBB, contractor's license board or ourselves were able to take action. The company does not accept any responsibility in this matter. An internal investigation was conducted and it was determined that without proof the matter nothing more could be done. We would also like to mention that this is the first and only occurence in which we were accused of theft.
As a company that prides itself on top quality service and holds an A rating with the BBB we do all that we can for our customers. The customer confirmed the quality of the work was exceptional. This would explain why we have been servicing this property for over 15 years.
In regards to the incident with the washer, we do the best to protect the property under the conditions we are given. It is our hope that you ignore this review and choose us for your plumbing needs. A quick search will show that we are a well loved company that does exceptional work.
