This place has definitely raised the bar for spin and yoga. The teachers are unbelievable....and I've been doing this for a while! I've belonged to so many gyms and nothing compares to Up Dog. I have always been into yoga but after experiencing Meaghan's class I'm obsessed. Spinning kinda bored me in the past but Adam and Tevia are rockstars! West Hollywood needed this! Thank you Up Dog!
