If you happen to buy a defective product, then you'll receive excuses, stonewalling, blame, and finally a hostile verbal attack from Karen, their customer service manager with "17 years of experience." The Hazel staff are fine, but once you get kicked "upstairs" to Cyber Court, the customer becomes the enemy. Buy your Christmas tree somewhere else!
