Got exactly what I was looking for 5/4/2012

Bought bar stools with custom ordered pads. Before I ordered they let me take pads and samples outside in the sun and hauled lots of bar stools outside for me. It took me forever and three trips to decide. They turned out looking great and I am so pleased. They must have had 20-30 barstools to choose from, all for outdoors. Pros: null Cons: null more

Buy your Christmas tree anywhere else 5/14/2010

If you happen to buy a defective product, then you'll receive excuses, stonewalling, blame, and finally a hostile verbal attack from Karen, their customer service manager with "17 years of experience." The Hazel staff are fine, but once you get kicked "upstairs" to Cyber Court, the customer becomes the enemy. Buy your Christmas tree somewhere else! Pros: Nice facility Cons: Very poor customer service policy more

We bought our barbecue at California Backyard. They gave us excellent service with a very knowledgeable salesman. They also carry outdoor furniture, patio umbrellas and other decorative items. more
