It's been a month awaiting parts and repair for a Mitsubishi DLP TV. What's worse (if that's possible) is ongoing change of story each time I've contacted American TV customer service. They start by saying parts are on order. They diagnosed the problem as a burnt out bulb. Even my kids could diagnose it wasn't as simple as a burnt our bulb. Then they change their story saying they must verify the problem. Suggestion - Verify the problemon the front end when the customer says there is a problem!
