I took my Ford Explorer here because it was making a strange noise, and was met by the manager, Robert, who was very patient and understanding with my lack of mechanical knowledge. He explained to me that he would have his mechanics take a look. Robert called me back personally within a couple of hours to explain to me that the mechanics had diagnosed a faulty wheel bearing. I ok'd the work, and within a few hours was informed that my car was fixed and ready for pick up. Overall, I had a great experience with Made in America - Made in Japan, was extremely happy with the job they did and their stellar customer service. If ever I have another issue with my car, I would not go anywhere else, and would definitely recommend them to my friends.
Pros: Friendly and professional staff, great work
Cons: Long drive for me, but worth it
