I boarded my dog here for a weekend. They have a big staff and individuals there are professional and friendly. They will ask you if there is anything (concerns) they need to know about your dog and if you don't bring your own dog food, they provide them with a nutritious diet.
I like that they have Sunday hours to pick up your dog for no extra cost, many places do not offer this service. However, this place is more expensive than other places, so it works out the same. I would use them more if they had a weekly rate as when I go on vacations, it is usually for one week. Otherwise, it is way too expensive to board my dog here for a week.
I am deducting a star, because I do not like that they require that you keep a credit card on file even after you leave. I asked if there is anyway to remove my credit card on file, and the lady promptly tells me "NO" and that my information is secure. How does she know that 100%? She doesn't. So it kind of irked me that she would not honor my request.
