I got in touch with Metro Ford over the internet to buy a new Ford Fusion. I emailed back and forth with the Internet Manager - Chris and was treated with respect the whole time. Chris answered my questions quickly and honestly and had most of the deal done before I even got there at the dealership. When I got to Metro Ford we finalized a few details and they even had my new Fusion Sport parked on their showroom floor in their delivery area. They introduced me to their service department, signed me up for SYNC updates and even paired my phone to the SYNC system in my car while Chris was showing me how everything on my car worked. When I was done going over the car with Chris I actually got to drive my new car right off of the showroom floor! That was pretty cool. I was surprised at how friendly everyone was despite the fact that they were all very busy.
