We decided to use this company after seeing advertisements on TV. We needed many little things done--replacement of taps etc. but nothing major. On the scheduled day, the workman hadn't turned up by 10:30 and when i called they contacted hime and he said he couldn't make it. No call to inform us, and i'd already taken off work. The next day he finally arrived at 12:30 and worked until 4:30. He didn't finish and returned to work the next day at 12 and left at 2:30. It cost $1000 for 6.5 hours. Not only that but he didn't take care of a few minor things that my husband didn't notice until after he left--chalking around a basin, a patch in the wall. I was definitely overcharged and would not recommend thjis company again. It may be that we stumbled upon the one workman who isn't up to scratch; however, the company itself has not replied to my emails or taken the slighest bit of interest in our disatisfaction.
