I find these comments rather hilarious. I've been employed at the Olive Garden in Littleton, Colorado for almost four years. I won't tell you that the Olive Garden is a solely noble franchise, but I will say that nothing "shady" is going on in the back. First of all, we have our own, private health inspectors, in addition to the locally required inspectors, to make sure we're following quality standards for safety and sanitation. They're department is known as Total Quality, or we call them TQ. We take them very seriously. So much so that dropping a breadstick on the ground and then throwing it in the oven would be unheard of; especially when you consider that we have, literally, thousands of them at any given time, why would any cook risk their job over the one that landed on the ground? That would be idiotic, and gross, not to mention they'd be immediately terminated.\r
