I have done business with this Firestone for years. I have never had a problem with them. They have always done excellent work, and in fact they don't charge me for the little things. Just yesterday the AAA told me my alternator was broken, and needed to be replaced. Firestone checked the alternator and determined that it was fine. They replaced three fuses in my dash and only charged me for one of them- $6.95. They saved me hundreds of dollars.
