Our water heater sprung a leak on a Wednesday evening. Fast Water Heater Company was there the next morning, bright and early, with a new water heater and 2 professional installers. Chad and Derek were friendly, polite, and knew their stuff. Since I had purchased the water heater from Sears, over the phone, it was a relief to hear that all of the additional "bring it up to code" items could also be placed on my Sears card. They explained the technical aspects...how to start the pilot, and where to get the SDGE rebate forms...clearly.\r
