FAST Water Heater Company was professional from the initial call through the inspection and replacement of our 11 year old water heater. The technician called ahead of schedule and arrived early. He did a very thorough inspection and provided a detailed estimate. He insured everything was up to current building code and explained all of the work. Highly recommend this company for your next water heater installation! more

Helpful & Knowledgeable 8/22/2011

Prompt & timely service. Unfortunately, they had to come back a second time because the problem was not fixed on the first time out. Ended up being a water pressure issue and not the water heater so the technician had it fixed within 40 minutes. Thanks for getting us hot water! more

July, 1 Mark the technician came out on time and informed me of what was needed to replace my old water heater and bring it up to code. I told him I had an earlier quote from another place and he and his company worked it out to where I was getting a better price for a complete up to code job. Mark was patient, courteous, informative and very efficient. I would highly recommend Mark and Fast Water heaters. more

Needed a 14-year old leaking water heater replaced. Ordered a new one from Sears. The technician, Mark, arrived early within the scheduled delivery window to install the water heater. He was professional, courteous, and answered all questions asked. He went out of his way to explain the changes to the building code and installed the required upgrades.\r He made sure the area was cleaned up when he was finished.\r We were very pleased with the results and recommend this company to any homeowner needing this service.\r \r Weldon W. more

On April 1, Fast Water Heater Co. arrived on time and performed the required work for a new heater with no delay. More important, they explained what was required to meet code and what was not required. Fast Water Heater Company installed my new Kenmore 50 gal water heater with true professionalism. They sent a technician to my home who explained in detail what needed to be done in order to bring my current situation up to code. The technician had all of the necessary supplies on his truck and he did an excellent job with all that was involved with the installation. Everyone at Fast Water Heater Company was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, from my first phone call to the end of the service call. \r \r They helped me determine the best solution to my problem, and helped me understand all the options that came up during the install of my new hot water heater.\r \r The technician was professional and courteous and super quick! Fast, friendly, and did a great job 2/22/2011

The pilot light went out on our water heater. We debated calling either a plumber or a company that works exclusively on water heaters. We were scammed by the last plumber we called to look at our water heater so we went with the latter.\r \r \r Fast customer service was friendly and easy to talk to and understand. They lived up to their company name by coming within an hour.\r \r \r The problem with our water heater needed a simple fix. Our technician Ben also gave us some useful information about how to maintain and extend the life of our water heater that I don't believe many other technicians would know. He was a walking encyclopedia about water heaters. Everything was explained to us in layman terms. \r \r \r All plumbing companies work on water heaters, but using a company that works exclusively on water heaters is the way to go.\r \r I am putting Fast Water Heater Company in my phone directory. more

Professional, friendly, great job 1/23/2011

Fast Water Heater came the morning after I called. Mark did a great job installing my 40 gallon water heater. He was professional, answered all my questions (what it took to bring the installation up to code), and did a careful job. He cleaned up prior to leaving too. I would definitely call them for a water heater or if I had a problem in the future! more

Besides getting a great new tankless water heater, the experience was painless and I credit that to the great guys that they have working for them. IN & OUT = Satisfied Customer 1/7/2011

Charlie and Mark came out to my house and fixed several insulation errors by another company that caused the inspection for permit to fail. They quickly assessed the problem areas, made adjustments and there work passed the inspection! Next time I need a job done right the first time, I will call them. more
