Horrible company. Used them because my house warranty sent them. My furnace didn't work. First time guy came and didn't even want to go to attic. He changed the termostat on the wall, said furnace is working and left. I turned on the furnace 2 days later, it didn't work. Same guy came in 2 days later, went to attic said he needs to order spacial part. to this day waiting on part, it has been 10 DAYS!!!!! cold outside. Every time I call them, rude woman picks up the phone, telling me to wait for the part. Do not ever use this co. if you have a choice. I do not have a choice. My warranty does.
