With regards to the above comment and without disclosing any further information other that what that individual posted publically, we simply state that she is doing what she can to hurt FEC and the excellent reputation established in the community for over 27 years. After agreeing to and receiving said services and goods, she later found a bargain elsewhere and at all cost wanted a full refund. She was completely aware that it was not possible to refund for the care she received, but contrary to her claim of not receiving a refund, she did and with interest for any goods we were able to return. It is sad that she has chosen to tarnish our reputation with her commentary, but I assure you, we are proud of our professional committment to our patients and community. For the thousands of paitents who have chosen to receive our professional services we thank you.
