Doctor Friedman has been in practice established over 27 and is a leader in Laser eye care. FEC has provided comprehensive eye care to the community with thousands of satisfied customers. A negative comment from a disatified customer at the Optical Shop with her own and personal agenda, should not negatively influence the thousands and thousands of patients Doctor Friedman and the Optical department has helped over 27 years. With regards to the above comment and without disclosing any further information other that what that individual posted publically, we simply state that she is doing what she can to hurt FEC and the excellent reputation established in the community for over 27 years. After agreeing to and receiving said services and goods, she later found a bargain elsewhere and at all cost wanted a full refund. She was completely aware that it was not possible to refund for the care she received, but contrary to her claim of not receiving a refund, she did and with interest for any goods we were able to return. It is sad that she has chosen to tarnish our reputation with her commentary, but I assure you, we are proud of our professional committment to our patients and community. Terrible place and a waste of money. I had prepaid in advance for services and immediatley cancelled them when I found better prices elsewhere. I was told that I would definitley be refunded. I was even given a receipt stating how much I would be refunded. It has been two months and despite calling, leaving messages, stopping by, I still have not been refunded. I have never before had such horrible customer service. In addition to that, I had paid 120 for new lenses in my glasses. The first pair I could not even see out of, I sent it back and the second pair still did not work for me. They refused to refund my money I am now using my old lenses instead of the ones that they provided me with. I paid 120 for lenses I cannot use! The office manager would not even return my phone calls to speak to me about this issue. No one even offered to adjust my glasses. I would have been better off going to Wal-mart.
