First of all, I live out of state and my wedding is in Ohio. I tried to work with Vale Edge via email and phone, but they were not helpful in the least. It took almost 3 months for them to tell me, and I quote, "I can NOT work with your budget." This was after several back and forths because they did not have my correct contact information (I have one phone number and one email address, it's not that difficult). Never once did they say 'let's see, if we substitute this flower instead of this one', or 'the flowers you like are more expensive than your budget allows, would you consider increasing your budget or would you like more budget-friendly options?' The woman I spoke to was not only unprofessional and rude, but she seemed to just want to get rid of me. Needless to say, I will be taking my increased budget elsewhere.
