Despite being a vegetarian, I immensely enjoyed dining with friends at Fogo de Chao. My group all agreed that this was some of the best meat they had ever eaten, and they never had to wait more than a minute for more - despite it being a busy Saturday evening. In the end, they probably each managed to eat a medium-sized animal...though I'll admit I chowed my way through a small garden plot. The grilled polenta and carmelized bananas were amazing, too. Somewhat expensive, but you'll get your money's worth.
Pros: Salad Bar, extremely attentive table service
Cons: Too classy a place for the stretch pants you'll want to wear
