I purchase a vehicle from them 10 days ago. Upon test driving it, I noticed 2 defects (passenger side seat belt not working and rear passenger side door not opening). \r I brought it to the attention of the seller who assured me that it would be completely fixed by the time I picked the car up. When I picked up the vehicle, one of the defects was not fixed. It was the passenger side seat belt. Since they own a mechanic shop, I was advised to drop it off there. I called and made appointment - in between the time I made the appointment and dropped the car off (2 days) - the air conditioner stopped working AND the check engine light cam on.\r \r I drove my car for 2 days since buying it and have yet to get it back... it has been in the shop for literally 8 days. Every single time I call to get a status...nobody knows what to tell me. The last time I called and asked when it would be ready the man literally said ""uhhh, i'm not sure"". Since I work for a law firm I am not worried, but this is by far, the worst customer service experience that I have ever had. I will never purchase a car from these people again.\r \r I understand that all cars are different - I got a carfax for this and it had one owner...but buyer beware!!
