We have worked with this gentleman to resolve his concerns, and we are grateful for his candor and feedback. While we deeply regret his dissatisfaction, we respectfully wish the opportunity to state that although the account was seriously in arrears, we did refund his $30 late fee and his $12.75 fee incurred for our letter writing service (not a collection agency). He stated to the BBB that refunding these fees would resolve the matter to his satisfaction. $42.75 was refunded to him on 3/24/10 in an effort to address his concerns. \r
