It is our highest priority to make sure that our patients receive the finest dental care and feel individually valued. We respond to each concern presented to us. Please know that comments such as these are taken to heart, and it gives us an opportunity to learn, grow, and provide the warm and rewarding experiences that our patients desire. \r
We have worked with this gentleman to resolve his concerns, and we are grateful for his candor and feedback. While we deeply regret his dissatisfaction, we respectfully wish the opportunity to state that although the account was seriously in arrears, we did refund his $30 late fee and his $12.75 fee incurred for our letter writing service (not a collection agency). He stated to the BBB that refunding these fees would resolve the matter to his satisfaction. $42.75 was refunded to him on 3/24/10 in an effort to address his concerns. \r
