After reading the post on here about Secure Remote Support I decided to try them out. I would not recommend anyone to them, they almost destroyed my computer system. Basically after they were complete I couldn't even log into my computer system anymore.\r

Worried about my family photos I took it right away to Best Buy on Herndon and Willow. After speaking to the Geek Squad guys there they were able to retrieve my photos and files. \r

Then they were able to get my computer back up and running. I was amazed that they were able to do it without losing any of my stuff. \r

You guys made my day and saved my rear from sleeping on the couch for a month for almost losing my wifes photos.\r

Pros: Fast and Friendly Service
Cons: Price a little steep but I got my moneys worth
