I was having some problems with my computers in my house . So I looked on line for support, of course there were all these different company's with different prices and ratings . I then just called a friend and ask them who they used and the clovis store came up. So I gave them a try and my computer came back working better than it did when I first bought it. Best service I've ever seen ! more

Awesome Service Recommend to everyone!!! 4/22/2010

After reading the post on here about Secure Remote Support I decided to try them out. I would not recommend anyone to them, they almost destroyed my computer system. Basically after they were complete I couldn't even log into my computer system anymore.\r \r Worried about my family photos I took it right away to Best Buy on Herndon and Willow. After speaking to the Geek Squad guys there they were able to retrieve my photos and files. \r \r Then they were able to get my computer back up and running. I was amazed that they were able to do it without losing any of my stuff. \r \r THANK YOU GEEK SQUAD !!!!! \r \r You guys made my day and saved my rear from sleeping on the couch for a month for almost losing my wifes photos.\r \r Pros: Fast and Friendly Service Cons: Price a little steep but I got my moneys worth more
