I've used them for a few years now to work on a geothermal installed by a less-reputable and now out-of-business installer. My lessons: use someone local, and use someone who has good references. For geothermal, make sure your sub knows the technology, don't just use any heating company.\r

My installer left a variety of problems that I have been having to fix over the years. Dan's techs have always been able to figure out the issue and solve it, from blower fan problems, ground loop pump issues, and refridgerant and pressure problems. They are very professional, and they work to schedule you in as soon as possible. Dan himself has come out at times to help make sure the repairs are done satisfactorily. \r

My only regret? Not having them do the initial install.
