I ordered a package of Moroccan Oil and a package of Mizani relaxer and their clarifying shampoo and conditioner. I got two packages of Moroccan oil and no shampoo. I sent back the extra package of Moroccan oil and let them know that I didn't get the Mizani shampoo. They said that they are not producing the shampoo. I waited for the shampoo for long time, I thought I may get the shampoo in recent future. Still no shampoo. So I sent the package back because I can't use the product without the clarifying shampoo. I already paid for the products because they want me to pay to the FedEx guy as soon as I got the product. So I didn't get time to open the package and check what I got. This happened before 3/18/10. Today is 4/29/10.I am still asking them to get my money back. They are saying that their policy is not giving the money back, they will credit it for my next purchase. I said that I am not going to purchase any product from them anymore. Still they don't want to pay me back. I am tired of calling them. Please don't do business with them. I beg you.\r
