Bought the Keratin Complex straighting system and flat irons ($507) total. I had a class at my salon and watched the instruction video, Had my first client come in and, I performed the service to the instructions. Three days after the service my client called and said her hair was still curly. I asked her to come in so I could see her hair. Sure enough still curly it just made really them loose curls. I then contacted the rep (Ross Williams) he explained that they could not offer a refund only a credit with only a credit to what was not opened or used and at a 20% restocking fee. But wait how would I know if the product worked without opening it or using the flat irons they told me I had to use with the product. Haha my response was do you sell anything that works? answer was silent if he even answered. So I took it a step further and called his boss (Mac Kennedy) which explained there return policy ummmmmmmm which I still haven't saw anywhere in writing which I have requested. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!Didn't realize when I went to war for this country ( Iraq) I would be fighting for people like this. That try to take advantage of their position and not offer good old customer service. Maybe we would be better off in our state of economy if everyone offered good customer service over greed. If you have a product you say works and your customer buy's and uses it and it doesn't work and even explains to you what they did and your response was "" Well it's just demi"" WOW.
