Our furnace went out and I called these guys. The ""repair man"" knew exactly what the problem was, but wanted to charge over $700 to replace a $175 part. I did the job myself, it took about 30 minutes. I just wish I would have diagnosed the problem myself, I wouldn't be out the $100 service fee I had to pay. Basically the guy just wanted to sell me a new $5000 furnace, so he priced the repair job so high so I wouldn't want to do it. You're better off calling a handyman.
Pros: knowledgeable repairmain (AKA salesperson)
Cons: rip you off and try to sell you stuff you don't need
