Wow, I wanted to help a local business, but their customer service compared to their competitor Plato's Closet falls far short. Both times I have left clothes there, I was promised a phone call that never came. Today, I went to find out about the clothes I left, and the owner was sitting out in the sun, while my clothes were untouched on the counter. No apologies given. Again I was promised a call that never came, ""I'll get it done today"". At Plato's Closet, you have a check within 20 minutes.
