I work at a best buy so it is always interesting to go into another to see things from a customers perspective. This is by far the WORST best buy I have been too. It has nothing to do with the fact that its about half the size of a normal best buy but the fact that their customer service is so poor. Employees just stand around in circles and talk (most of the managers also join in). I went in to buy an 800$ and could not find an employee to help me so I could purchase this tv. I ended up going to Two Notch and having a way better experience.
Pros: Employees don't bother you
Cons: because they are no help
