ive had alot of electronics installed in my truck by best buy.2extremely great employees kevin and shawn have gone out of there way to help me with problems that were not caused by there instalation.darrell the manager blew my mind tonight when he excepted responsibility for something that may or may have not been best buys fault.what a great team of employees they have working there.i will definately continue using there professional install bay and continue to shop at this store. more

Go to Two Notch or Harbison 4/24/2010

I work at a best buy so it is always interesting to go into another to see things from a customers perspective. This is by far the WORST best buy I have been too. It has nothing to do with the fact that its about half the size of a normal best buy but the fact that their customer service is so poor. Employees just stand around in circles and talk (most of the managers also join in). I went in to buy an 800$ and could not find an employee to help me so I could purchase this tv. I ended up going to Two Notch and having a way better experience. Pros: Employees don't bother you Cons: because they are no help more
