This company is Tim's Moving or Tom's Moving, also aka Tiny Movers. Do yourself a favor and use another company. NorthStar was $25 more and I wish I would have used them for this move. Too bad I didn't see these reviews beforehand.
Scheduling the move was no problem, but I had to call these guys to find out what their status was an hour AFTER the initial time window when they informed me that the crew was still on a job with an unknown ETA. I had to keep calling them to find out the status and the dispatch couldn't really tell what their crew was doing or what their ETA was. 3 hours after the end of the initial window I rescheduled the move to the next day. They had to call me for directions to the address and showed up with a small van to move a refrigerator - you need a lift gate truck to move a refrigerator. They came back to the pickup location an hour and a half later even though their yard was ""15 minutes away"" and loaded everything up ok. The move was finally done (the guys doing the actual work were ok) and I got a call the next day from the office saying that my credit card was wrong, even though they recorded it correctly on the invoice and took a carbon copy of it. They finally figured out how to charge my Amex card, I must say I was surprised. All in all the management of this company is atrocious and I'm bewildered as to why they are still in business.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: (Lack of) management, planning, maps, equip't, communication
