I was hoping for some very flavorful food when I went to a place called the Cajun Kitchen. I ordered the jambalaya, made with sausage and chicken, it sounded great, with red beans and rice as the side. What I got looked ok, but tasted very bland and pretty dry. The jambalaya tasted about the same as the red beans and rice. What? It wasn't awful, but it wasn't good either, and nothing like good cajun food I've had elsewhere. $9 seemed pretty high for a small lunch portion also. All and all, sad to say, I won't be back, I was hoping for so much more.
Pros: Looked decent, good service
Cons: Overpriced, bland taste for cajun
