I went in there trying to buy a handgun. I filled out all the paperwork but wasn't able to pay. They said if I didn't hear from them by tomorrow that everything would be canceled. I found the same gun for a better price at another store an thinking my business with Yellow Mart was canceled I was free to buy the gun from the 2nd store. After leaving the 2nd store I even called them to tell them to cancel the transaction and they said it was canceled. A few days later the 2nd store calls me and says that records show I'm trying to buy 2 handguns within 1 month of each other and so I can't buy the gun I want. I go back to Yellow Mart later that day and talk to the same people that were working there when I was there before and told them I wanted to cancel the deal and they got on a computer and told me it was now truly canceled and even took my paperwork to pickup the gun had I wanted to buy from them. Today I called the CA justice dept. and said the Yellow Mart gun is now registered to me. So now I have a gun I haven't paid any money for, registered to me, that I can't pick up all because these people are either incompotent or lying cheats. I'm still in the process of unraveling this debacle. Do not go to Yellow Mart to purchase a firearm
