Yellowmart

My husband and I walked in there to buy a handgun for my self. Not only did the guys just kinda look at us and keep talking to another customer he didn't really even acknowledge that we were there. The least i expected was a i""ll be right with you, but no we didn't even get that, an dim not sure if it was because we were young or what, but even when we walked in the door the women at the counter didn't even say hi. I have been in here a couple times and never relieved such horrible service. I will be taking my service and money else where. The worse part is they know that they can make money here because of all the marines. more

I went in there trying to buy a handgun. I filled out all the paperwork but wasn't able to pay. They said if I didn't hear from them by tomorrow that everything would be canceled. I found the same gun for a better price at another store an thinking my business with Yellow Mart was canceled I was free to buy the gun from the 2nd store. After leaving the 2nd store I even called them to tell them to cancel the transaction and they said it was canceled. A few days later the 2nd store calls me and says that records show I'm trying to buy 2 handguns within 1 month of each other and so I can't buy the gun I want. I go back to Yellow Mart later that day and talk to the same people that were working there when I was there before and told them I wanted to cancel the deal and they got on a computer and told me it was now truly canceled and even took my paperwork to pickup the gun had I wanted to buy from them. Today I called the CA justice dept. and said the Yellow Mart gun is now registered to me. So now I have a gun I haven't paid any money for, registered to me, that I can't pick up all because these people are either incompotent or lying cheats. I'm still in the process of unraveling this debacle. Do not go to Yellow Mart to purchase a firearm more

this place is the best place i have ever gone the maneger was so nice the girls were cool the helped me realy fast Pros: good place more

this place is awful, they hire young girls who know nothing about skateboards and how to grip them. They are never busy but yet it takes at least 45 minutes to get someone to help you. I have never seen a manager in the place. They usually have 1 or 2 people working and they know nothing about the products they are selling. If you can find another place to shop I suggest you go there. more
