Went 1x and will not return- pricing and stylist changed from time I booked appointment to time I checked out. Attitude of owner and hair stylist (male) was condescending and arrogant. Round Rock needs a nice day spa-- hope they can get it together.
Pros: Nice facility, great location
Cons: Disorganized, Lack of Customer Service, Can't keep staff
