I went to Susan Hart boutique to get a consult about my hair. I just wanted to get a cut then I was talked into changing my haircolor. The man that cut and colored my hair was John(William) and I told him that I DID NOT want my hair to be anything close to red which he assured me it would not be. Well after two hours I looked in the mirror and what do I have?? Orange and yellow hair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then he procedded to style it completely crazy and told me how beautiful it looked. I was in tears and had to stop him to show him how I wanted it styled. So I left with bright orange hair with all the staff telling me that it looked great. Needless to say I went back shortly with a friend and told them that they needed to change the color back to brown. So he did and now my hair is a red-brown. I am so very unhappy and I paid $200 for a color and cut I could have done myself. I will NEVER return to this salon and suggest you don't ever step foot in the door. From the lack of customers that I saw I wish I had run the other way! The owner walks around with her nose in the air, keep it there babe you won't have any clients!
