I have been eating at Shogun since it opened. I ate at Rainbow where Lee was the sushi chef before he opened Shogun. Lee and wife Mindy are very accommodating. Shogun is a small ""mom & pop"" owner run restaurant.
This is the only sushi that my wife will eat.
I enjoy everything on the menu, but my favorite is the Todd roll and scallop nagiri.
Pros: best fish in Sacramento
Cons: don't be in a hurry.
