I I was curious about pilates, but had never done it before setting foot in Mind 2 Body. I was apprehensive, but studio owner Lani immediately put me at ease. I was hooked after my first lesson and have been going 3-4 days a week for the last year and a half.
All the instructors really know their stuff. They know how far to push you without being a drill instructor. I have never suffered an injury under their tutelage. I am so much stronger, my flexibility has increased, I've slimmed down, and my back and hip pains have been virtually eradicated. I cannot recommend Mind 2 Body enough!
Pros: Great staff, nice equipment, clean
