Ashes Away showed up and cleaned the chimney and installed a cap to prevent squirrels. They seemed to do a good job. This year I have dead squirrels in my chimney and the cap is tilted. I called these people to return and repair the cap. They said it was impossible but agreed to come out yesterday. Waited all day, made several calls yesterday, last night and today to his voicemail with no response. Since I just found this review (which I wish I had seem in the beginning) I think the writing is on the wall. Don't think he'll be back
