I bought a used vehicle from Courtesy Ford in Okemos told the 120 pt inspection was good everything in the vechiel worked great! I was told!!! I asked the sales man to make sure because i have a special needs daughter that can't handle the heat!!! An i didnt think to try it because it was January an snowing!!\r Now months later that it's worm out i try using my A.C. and it blow HOT air!!!! \r Now this s a problem!!! Called and talked with used care manager told me bring van in an we'll get it fixed! After i set up appt. Took van in they looked at it came back to tell me it was gonna need over $1100.00 worth of work!!!!! I asked the service advisor what about the 120 pt. inspection and he told me in front of two other paying customers in the lounge he said ""my name"" and told me"" I am not going there with you!!"" I was shocked to be treated like this!!!! \r My other family members bring vechicles here to be serviced and a few months ago my mother bought a brand new vechicle from this dealership! \r I called the owner of the dealership Keith Palmer left him a voice mail on Friday April 9th 2010 and as of today 4/12/2010 i have not heard back from him!! I will not do business with a company that treats customers like this! \r Pros: There were no pro's in thios situation! Cons: Shitty Customer Service more
