U was unhappy at first with my original purchase because it did not come with negotiation. Took my Infiniti in for 75,000 mile 5/22/2012

Took my Infiniti in for 75,000 mile service and inspection. Expecting to hear back that I need a lot of work done on my car but they called me back, telling me my Inifiniti was in great shape, all he had to do was change the oil and everything checked out. This is a shop that I will come back to from now on and trust to do what only needs to be done on my car. more

When it turned out to not be exactly what I was looking for, there was no undue sales pressure or runaround talk trying to reel me back in as a customer that you might get at lesser dealerships.
