This company has a contract with our HOA. There is confirmed dialog between Snowy Mountain and our HOA stating that they will inventory all vehicles and will not monitor the lot or tow vehicles unless they are not shown on the inventory. The company continues to tow vehicles, sending multiple tow trucks and removing as many as 8 vehicles at a time. They always come in the very early morning just to be sure no one will stop them. They have always been rude and condescending to the owners and seem to make up their own prices for whatever is going on. Every resident I have spoken with has been charged differently for their tow/boot. Seems to be whatever the driver feels like pocketing that night. Utah should enact predatory tow laws like the ones in place in California. I would not recommend this company for any business or residential property.
