Snowy Mountain Towing is a CRIMINAL AND SHADY business. These predators walked up to my car while I was standing next to it and booted it ($90) and wanted to tow it ($260) after I said I would call the Police! I called the POLICE on them and stopped them from towing my car and paid $90, which I will be taking them to civil court for to sue them for that money and the threats of BS charges they were saying they could put against me for stopping their criminal actions! Help close down this crooked business right away! BTW I have pictures of these two guys and will give them to any media outlet that wants to bust this criminal and shady business! more

Snowy Mountain is a crooked business. Its like they'll try to do anything to make an extra buck. I don't recommend them at all. Very dissatisfied. more

My car was slammed from behind from this idiot driver in Salt Lake City and my car was in pretty bad shape. I got on my phone and googled a towing company nearby and found Snowy Mountain's number. I called and they helped me out pretty quick. They were a really professional towing company and the towing operator knew what he was doing. I was really pleased! Snowy Mountain helped me out a lot and they were actually kind to me! more

I hired these guys to keep my parking lots free from stress. Mainly they tow cars that are illegally parked in the designated stalls. They have a list of stalls that are assigned with plate numbers. if the numbers dont match they tow it. Simple, easy. They do a great job and have not had any hassles. None. Great company!!! more

I have worked with Snowy Mountain for a number of years in the past. \r I keep going back to them for parking enforcement at my properties because of their flexibility, professionalism and good customer service. \r They understand that though I need them to keep people from parking in another tenants stall, I also have to see my tenants on an every day basis. They practices allow for me to keep a good relationship with my customer whether they are a violator or a victim to a parking violation. \r more

Do not use him. Do not buy anything from him. Do not use his business to tow. Stay away. Read the other reviews. Hopefully we can run him out of town and business!!! more

Predatory towing, ignorant and arrogant employees. Cash only? Give me a break. Cars in my apartment lot are towed frequently, and erroneously, but people have to pay up, cash, and a different amount each time. When it was my turn, the tower couldn't even give me a reason why I was being towed. But he did give me a nameless business card. Awesome job, guy. I can't see why or how any business would want to hire these criminals. As a business owner myself, I know I won't be looking for any 'professionals' here. Report them to the BBB. I know I did. more

I went off the road and was stuck in the fence the highway patrol dispatched snowy mountain to recover my truck the driver was very professional and knowledgeable and recovered my truck without any further damage to my truck i highly recommend snowy mountain towing to do the job more

This company has a contract with our HOA. There is confirmed dialog between Snowy Mountain and our HOA stating that they will inventory all vehicles and will not monitor the lot or tow vehicles unless they are not shown on the inventory. The company continues to tow vehicles, sending multiple tow trucks and removing as many as 8 vehicles at a time. They always come in the very early morning just to be sure no one will stop them. They have always been rude and condescending to the owners and seem to make up their own prices for whatever is going on. Every resident I have spoken with has been charged differently for their tow/boot. Seems to be whatever the driver feels like pocketing that night. Utah should enact predatory tow laws like the ones in place in California. I would not recommend this company for any business or residential property. Whatever you do, don't hire this company for your towing needs. The drivers are arrogant and all about the dollar. I have seen them looking through vehicles with flashlights at night rather than just verifying parking passes. Obviously a ploy to tow a vehicle to their yard with valuable goods in it (perhaps to remove and pawn?). They will damage your vehicles with their neglectful attitudes. Often they will send up to five trucks through your area in the middle of the night creating a disturbance for those who reside there. Please stay away from this company! They will not abide by any contractual or verbal agreements you have arranged. STAY AWAY! Pros: Only for their pocket book Cons: Unethical, slimy, arrogant more

a guy in a real nice black jeep left his jeep running with the keys in it. I speculate he was hopeing i would steel the auto???? dont know why. then i see the dude parked at my church meeting house clear on the other side of town???? more
